Shipping

Australian Orders:

We post all Australian orders via Australia Post using your choice of Regular Parcel Post or Express Post. Shipping times may vary between states and can take up to 3-6 days to country areas for Regular post. Express Post is a next day service for up to 80% of Australian addresses but please keep in mind that we do our best to post orders on the day you have placed your order but please allow up to 2 days for orders to be sent. Shipping costs are calculated by the cart and depend on the weight of the parcel. Typical costs are as follows:

Economy Parcel Post:
Up to 500 g - $8.50
Up to 3 kg - $13.10

Express Parcel Post:
Up to 500 g - $10.85
Up to 3 kg - $15.60

We do our best to post orders on the day you have placed your order however please allow 2 working days for orders to be sent out. 

You will receive a notification once your order has been sent with a tracking number.

International Orders:

We send international orders via Australia Post Satchels and we only offer shipping via our website up to 2KG to the following countries:

New Zealand
USA
Canada
UK
Ireland

Refund Policy

Returns 
As per the Australian Consumer Law we do not offer returns on our items unless they are faulty. Your consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law can be found here. 

But please be aware that Consumer guarantees do not apply for change of mind, founding the product cheaper somewhere else or deciding you did not like the purchase or had no use for it

 

Return Shipping 
If you have received a faulty product, all returns must be authorised by a staff member of Evandale Village Store and returned to:

If the item is found to be faulty then you will be refunded the cost of the item and well as the return shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
